SUBJECT: National Guard Association of Illinois State Resolutions

1. The National Guard Association of Illinois in General Conference, 26 April 2003 adopted the attached resolutions which are hereby submitted to the NGAUS for inclusion in the the general resolution packet for the 125th National Guard Association of the United States Conference in Biloxi, Mississippi September 2003.

2. The NGAI adopted a total of eight individual resolutions identified as IL-01 through IL-08. The NGAI, in addition, voted to adopt the draft NGAUS resolutions as attached. The NGAI did not vote to adopt C-1 of the NGAUS draft resolutions.

3. I have also enclosed the memorandum identifying our Army and Air Guard Resolutions Committee Delegates to the 125th Conference.
